- (10:42) Liverpool and Tottenham played out an incredible 7 goal thriller at Anfield, with Liverpool coming out on top 4-3. Spurs went down 3-0 early before tying the game in extra time, only for Liverpool to win it a minute later. Liverpool have now climbed all the way into 5th place after a rough start to the season, while Tottenham fall to 6th.
- (25:59) Manchester United got a crucial win to keep their top 4 hopes thriving, beating Aston Villa 1-0 at Old Trafford. Bruno Fernandes was the lone goal scorer, and United held Villa scoreless for the first time since Unai Emery took over.
- (29:45) Newcastle United kept their good form rolling, also taking another big step in securing Champions League football, beating bottom of the table Southampton 3-1. Newcastle currently sit 3rd, while Southampton are still in 20th.
- (35:57) Bournemouth continue to defy expectations, winning again and climbing all the way into 13th as they beat Leeds 4-1. Leeds continue to slip and find themselves one point above the relegation zone. Robbie Earle also wanted to make sure Bournemouth owner Bill Foley got his credit, naming him his Underappreciated Performer of the Week
- (44:16) Brighton continue their extremely successful season, putting 6 past Wolves and keeping a clean sheet. Brighton currently sit in 8th place and Robbie Mustoe feels that Julio Enciso is a player that we need to watch out for.
- (47:31) Brentford beat Nottingham Forest 2-1. Forest are just above the relegation zone and will feel they let an opportunity for crucial points slip away after letting in two goals after 80 minutes including one very late into stoppage time.
- (53:17) Crystal Palace and West Ham also had 7 goals between them, with Palace winning 4-3 to get another win under interim returning manager Roy Hodgson. West Ham will feel hard done for a second straight game after a controversial decision went against them. Palace currently sit 11th in the league, while West Ham sit in 15th
